We specialize in providing a premium spa experience dedicated to wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation. This position offers the opportunity to engage with guests, promote our services, and gain hands-on experience in the wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information to guests regarding spa services, treatments and wellness packages, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Promote and explain the benefits of our spa offerings, assisting guests in selecting services tailored to their needs.
- Assist in the organization and promotion of spa events, special offers and wellness workshops.
- Maintain a high level of service excellence, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for during their visit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns, create content, and engage with guests through social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a marketing, business, or related field at a recognized academic institution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both guests and colleagues.
- A genuine interest in the wellness and spa industry is desirable.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a keen interest in contributing to online marketing efforts.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
