Job Descriptions:
Online Sales (Shopee, Lazada & Webstore)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to persuade them to make a purchase.
- Actively promote and sell products to prospective and existing clients.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
- Compile orders and submit them to finance for invoice generation.
- Print shipping bills and deliver them to the warehouse for processing.
Receptionist Duties
- Welcome customers, vendors, job applicants, and other guests in a professional manner.
- Determine the purpose of each visit and guide visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls; take and relay messages accurately.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Complete local monthly claims and other assigned administrative duties.
- Managing the MINI mart, including cash handling & reporting sold-out quantities to finance department.
E-commerce
- Manage affiliates and provide advice on promotion strategies, marketing tactics, and copywriting techniques.
- Analyse affiliate marketing data to propose improvements and optimise performance.
- Ensure new affiliates' target markets are aligned with the advertiser or merchant's objectives.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners.
- Manage and supervise affiliate campaigns to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Compile and present reports on affiliate performance and marketing strategies.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by a superior from time to time.
