Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and maintaining calendars.
- Maintain and organize administrative and financial documents (physical and digital).
- Help manage office supplies including ordering and inventory control.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and activities to support team operations.
Finance & Accounts Support
- Assist the Finance Executive in preparing and maintaining financial records, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Support with data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations (bank statements, receipts, and expense reports).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Participate in audits and compliance-related activities when required.
General
- Perform work in a responsible and cooperative manner to promote a positive working environment.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Finance Executive or Administrative Team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mature, responsible, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
- High sense of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Internship Details

- Allowance: RM600 - RM800 per month
