About This Role:
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting projects, and assisting with communications, and administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to multiple aspects of the organisation, making it ideal for students who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
- Assist with writing, proofreading, and editing materials.
- Organise and manage project and content-related materials.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing notes, and managing files.
- Coordinate communications with internal teams, clients, or external partners.
- Help monitor deadlines and ensure projects stay on track.
- Assist with organising materials for learning platform.
- Carry out other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Mass Communications, Marketing, or any related field.
- Required language(s): English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and basic layout tools is a plus
You will be great at this role if you are:
- Have a passion for writing, storytelling or publishing
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Have a good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nusajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
