INTERN - ADMIN
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: -
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Double-check document and quotation/PO amounts and part list accuracy before invoicing.
- Ensure all completed chargeable work orders are invoiced without delay unless there is a document or PO issue.
- Send hard or soft copy external invoices to customers as requested, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Close internal jobs for Sunway Marketing.
- Ensure all external invoices are completed, scanned, and updated in the cabinet.
- Follow up on all pending external invoices every month.
- File all copies of external invoices monthly for easy access.
- Ensure petty cash claims include original receipts and signatures before submitting to finance weekly.
- To assist and coordinate with principal and supplier on the parts ordering.
- To assist in monitoring stock level and prepare stock replenishment.
- To assist in parts enquiry and quotation.
- To assist and follow up on customer feedback.
- Perform other relevant support and administrative activities as and when required.d.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office System.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
- Internship position(s) for duration above 3 month(s)

Contract length: 10 weeks
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
