手工能力 / Craftsmanship:
✅ 手工好，注重细节，能够做好手尾工作，会整理和收拾现场。 Excellent manual skills, with attention to detail; capable of finishing work neatly and keeping the work area organized.
手机操作 / Mobile Proficiency:
✅ 能熟练使用手机进行沟通和记录工作进展。Proficient in using a mobile phone for communication and work documentation.
学习与遵守 / Willingness to Learn and Follow Procedures:
✅ 肯跟进工作、肯学习新技能，并严格遵守标准作业流程（SOP）。Willing to follow instructions, eager to learn new skills, and adhere strictly to SOPs.
守时与可靠 / Punctuality & Reliability:
✅ 准时到岗，不经常请紧急假。Punctual and reliable, with minimal unscheduled absences.
