- Energy Monitoring
- Optimisation of ACMV, Lighting, and Plug Loads
- Management of Air Quality, Occupancy, and Water Quality
- Data Centre Infrastructure Monitoring
Our customers have successfully reduced energy consumption by up to 40% with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our software solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, handling both inbound and outbound lead generation — preferably in building services or enterprise software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up and pipeline management capabilities.
