What will your role be?
- Sourcing new sales opportunities / lead through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Qualified leads and generates new business with existing/new customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.
- Routing qualified opportunities/leads to the appropriate sales executives / team for further development and closure
- Maintain and expand Customer Database via Salesforce.com / CRM
- Collaborating with sales team on assigned: Existing Customer Contract / MIF Management / Order Processing Documentation, customer profile maintains and ensure timely Invoicing / Collection
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Fresh Grads to 2 years' experience in Inside Sales
- Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in: Business / Marketing / Information Management / Mass Comm / Finance
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic Skills on Microsoft Team / Office e.g. Excel & Powerpoint
- Language: English, Malay & Mandarin (may be required to liaise with mandarin speaking customers)
