About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting technical issues for staff and end-users.

- Assist in data management, security, and backup procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for daily IT operations and tasks.
