The Influencer Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating Influencer's strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives effectively. This position involves leading a team of Executives, and Interns, while also serving as a liaison between various departments such as Business Development and Account Management. The role requires a strong connection with KOL and Talent Management.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise team, overseeing their day-to-day activities and providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the work of executives and interns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Account Management, to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Utilize expertise in influencer marketing to translate client briefs into effective campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Conduct negotiations with influencers regarding pricing, deliverables, and contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with campaign budget constraints and client expectations. - Develop innovative approaches to influencer selection, content creation, and campaign activation to maximize engagement and impact.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across relevant industries.
- Work closely with Talent Management to identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships that align with campaign goals and brand values.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential challenges in the influencer landscape.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns and building effective partnerships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles and the ability to effectively translate client needs into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer management tools, and content creation workflow
