Job Description:
Moving Image is looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editing Intern to join our Social Media & Influencer Content team. This role is perfect for someone who loves TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts and knows how to make content pop using apps like CapCut, VN, or InShot.
You’ll be helping shoot and edit short-form videos for influencer campaigns and branded social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in shooting influencer and social media videos (lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life, etc.)
- Edit videos in CapCut or similar mobile-friendly editing tools
- Apply trendy transitions, music, text overlays, and effects that align with current social media trends
- Work with the content and influencer team to bring creative ideas to life
- Support with quick turnaround editing for campaigns and brand deadlines
- Stay up to date with TikTok and Reels trends and styles
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar mobile editing apps
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable with basic shooting using phone or camera (framing, lighting, sound)
- Passionate about social media, influencers, and content creation
- A team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Can converse in both Malay and English
Bonus: Interest in being on-camera or brainstorming viral content ideas and using Adobe Premiere Pro

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
