WORK LOCATION: ZETRIX TOWER, EMPIRE CITY DAMANSARA PERDANA
- Dealing with employee conflict by understanding its root cause, listening to the issue, and resolve the conflict effectively.
- Handling employee complaints, managing procedures and facilitating counseling with employee
- Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Record minute meeting during Domestic Enquiries including date, time, attendees, agenda items, discussions, decisions and action.
- Involve in organising employee training and Employee development activities
- Engaged in processing staff welfare .
- Staying up to date with the latest labour laws
- Involve in completing any Ad Hoc task assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
