INDOOR SALES & MARKETING
Descriptions:
Sales Assistance:
· Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support, updating customer records, follow-up quotation and managing documentation.
· Assist in organizing sales meetings or presentations with customer.
Customer Interaction:
· Communicate with customers to provide information, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate customer records.
Cold Calling:
· Initiate outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and create interest in our products/services.
Marketing Support:
· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Data Management:
· Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current information.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Detail-oriented approach to work.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
· Basic analytical skills to compile and analyze sales data.
· Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
· Familiarity with cold calling techniques and strategies is a definite advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
