- Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and online inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,334.15 - RM5,223.75 per month
