Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Officer will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, lead qualification, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and possess strong sales and communication skills to drive revenue growth in the Publishing sector.
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and sales opportunities via phone.
- Qualify potential customers and identify their needs.
- Close sales deals over the phone or social platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Lead Management & Customer Engagement
- Follow up on clients and referrals to convert into sales.
- Provide product information and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Track and report on sales performance and conversion rates.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
Experience in the Publication industry is an added advantage.
Skills:
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Proficient in Mandarin is a must.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
