Job Description (JD)
· Infrastructure & Service Delivery: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and hands-on experience in service request fulfillment.
· Request & SLA Management: Skilled in managing multiple requests, tracking progress, and ensuring SLA compliance.
· Communication & Documentation: Clear communication with stakeholders and ability to produce structured technical documentation.
· Process & Analytical Thinking: Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
· Independence & Collaboration: Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· ITIL Foundation
· PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation
· COBIT Foundation
· AgilePM Foundation or Certified ScrumMaster
· Certified Technical Writer (e.g., CPTC, STC) - optional
