Job Description:
- Make outbound calls and connect via social media to welcome new users and promote products.
- Identify and engage potential customers across various platforms to drive sales.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to meet monthly goals.
- Gather customer feedback to improve acquisition efforts.
- Handle rejections professionally and offer alternative solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Min 1+ year experience in telesales or similar sales roles.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willing to work shifts(fixed shift), weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Team-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven with a proactive, positive attitude.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
