Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive recruitment efforts for a wide range of positions, ensuring timely hiring to support business growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, handling workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with Malaysian labor laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Oversee essential HR operations such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Partner with the China HQ HR team to align recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and HR best practices across regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and employee/labor relations.
- Preferably with experience in the food & beverage, retail, or digital marketing industry.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR compliance practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
