About This Role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks in the Human Resource (HR) department. You will assist with recruitment efforts, onboarding processes and update employee records and also support various HR projects, as needed.
Responsibilities
● Assist with the HR Services project, drafting agreement and administrative work related to HR Services project.
● Assist to update employment handbooks and internal collaterals as needed.
● Assist to update the existing HR process flows and workflows.
● Assist with maintaining and update employee records.
● Assist with recruitment matters including posting of jobs ads, arrange for interview.
● Assist with all HR administrative matters.
● Assist with staff events and welfare matters.
● Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
● Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or any related field.
● Required language(s): English
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and
● Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills
● Have strong work ethics
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM750.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nusajaya (Johor Bahru): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
