QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
· 2 to 5 years relevant working experience in Human Resources.
· Knowledge of Malaysian labor legislation and HR best practices.
· Experience in industrial relations, employee engagement, and training is preferred.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally.
· Organizational and planning skills for training and engagement activities.
· Attention to detail in compliance and claims auditing.
· Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
SUMMARY
To support the Human Resources department by managing front-facing HR functions, including industrial relations, employee relations, talent development, training, compliance, and employee engagement activities. This role aims to enhance HR capabilities and contribute towards a harmonious workplace and effective talent management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Training & SOP Compliance:
a. Plan, organize, and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure all employees understand and adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
b. Promote consistency in task execution and maintain high compliance standards.
2. Industrial and Employee Relations:
a. Act as the primary mediator in workplace relation issues including conflict resolution.
b. Foster a harmonious and professional working environment.
c. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws such as the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant regulations.
3. Talent Development & Performance Management:
a. Support the implementation of talent development programs including continuous training and career development planning.
b. Assist in managing employee performance appraisal processes.
4. Employee Claims Audit and Evaluation:
a. Conduct audits and assessments of employee claims to ensure accuracy and validity.
b. Recommend improvements to minimize risks and enhance HR operational efficiency.
5. Employee Engagement and Team Building:
a. Plan and execute activities aimed at improving team spirit, employee motivation, and workplace engagement.
b. Coordinate both internal and external engagement events to strengthen organizational culture

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
