A HubSpot CRM Specialist is responsible for optimizing and managing HubSpot's CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools to enhance business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify marketing goals (e.g., increase MQLs by 20%) and suggest lead stages and workflows.
- Design email templates, landing pages, and lead scoring models.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot’s email, social media, and automation tools.
- Segment contacts based on buyer personas, lead scores, or lifecycle stages to personalize messaging.
- Lead full-cycle HubSpot CRM implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Build and manage marketing, sales, and service automation workflows using HubSpot’s visual builder (e.g., lead nurturing sequences).
- Score leads based on engagement and campaign data to help sales teams prioritize outreach.
- Ensure contact records are properly tagged and categorized for marketing campaigns.
- Help with deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment to improve targeting.
- Manage and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date customer data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work on data mapping tasks to structure customer and campaign data effectively.
- Collaborate on data import tasks and ensure seamless transfer from legacy systems to HubSpot.
- Shadow developers on technical tasks (e.g., setting up form fields, managing data import).
- Verify forms and test workflows to confirm correct triggers, lead progression, and email sends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
- Analyze marketing KPIs using HubSpot dashboards (e.g., open rates, click rates, form submissions).
- Track and analyze key CRM metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations based on marketing goals (e.g., lead generation, conversion optimization).
- Monitor email open/click rates and overall campaign performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs to help users leverage CRM tools effectively.
- Lead short stand-up meetings to align on priorities and address roadblocks.
- Use Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets to map workflows, roles, goals, and data processes.
- Suggest and manage tools to support marketing and CRM efforts (e.g., Zoom, LinkedIn).
- Flag issues and coordinate with support or technical teams when needed.
- Support lead generation, scoping, proposal planning, and client communications for CRM/CMS projects.
- Draft process workflows, documentation, and case studies.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing proposals, and following up with leads.
- Contribute to problem-solving and innovation on CRM-related projects.
- Assist in developing CRM initiatives and mapping out customer journey workflows.
What We're Looking For:
We seek a proactive and technically adept CRM Specialist with a deep understanding of HubSpot to enhance our marketing, sales, and service operations.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management or Bachelor of Business Administration Major in Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimizing CRM, including configuration, and automation.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategies that drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Experience working closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Proficiency in data entry and data management.
- A track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and user adoption.
- Capability to develop and deliver training programs.
- Familiarity on social media tools and email marketing is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to stay updated with HubSpot's evolving features and best practices, continuously enhancing CRM capabilities.
This is a 3 - 6 month freelance contract, with the possibility of extension.
