Role : Junior CRM (Mandarin speaker)
Will Working From Home for 3 months (during probation)

Key Responsibilities:
· Take ownership to maintain and develop customer relationships on a daily basis, follow up and communicate with customers. (by WhatsApp/SMS/Email/Phone Call or with CRM system)
· Understand customer needs and preference to provide competitive products and service.
· Participate in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches
· Research and create reports to summarise the study/feedback of market trends and competitors to enhance better customer experience and business performance.
· Regularly track and update conversion rates, active rates and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Complete assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner; support other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
· SPM level or above. Trilingual in English, Chinese & Malay (verbal, written & read).
· Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales or other related industries(at least 6 months in the same company).
· Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
· Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
