An Opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Consultant
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for roles from Executive to Director level, ensuring effective candidate sourcing, engagement, and placement. This role partners closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Your Contributions as a Talent Acquisition Consultant
- Partner with clients to gather role requirements, expectations, and project needs.
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies, including advertisements and database searches, to attract qualified talents.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to assess suitability for client projects.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Share candidate profiles and documentation with clients in a timely manner.
- Support candidates by providing role briefings, ensuring they understand performance expectations and contributions.
- Liaise with the HR team for the preparation and issuance of offer letters.
- Follow up with candidates on offer acceptance and signing, providing status updates to clients.
- Advise clients on commencement dates and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Conduct check-ins with clients and candidates during the initial employment period to address concerns and ensure successful integration.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to clients, ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs and client-specific requirements.
