Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various platforms to attract candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Contact candidates to provide updates on their application status.
Requirements:
- atleast 1 - 2 years of experience
- Enjoys communicating with people and helping them find good jobs.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
