Job Scope:
- Manage full spectrum of human resource-related activities including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development, and employee retention.
- Advise on all aspects of Human Resources including employment laws and best practices to the Management and employees.
- Oversee the implementation of standard operating policies/work procedures for the Human Resources department.
- Oversee the full scope of monthly payroll operation to ensure the payroll is processed accurately and timely.
- Ensure documents are filed properly following internal SOP.
- Monitor all contract renewals, confirmations, resignations, etc. to ensure timely follow-up.
- Oversee the leave management in the system and ensure leave entitlement and settings are updated accordingly.
- Validate employees’ reimbursement claims.
- Support in all C&B activities such as letter preparation and policy review, etc.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management/Administration/Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing working experience in HR, with at least 2 – 3 years in Managerial level.
- Must have own transport.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline & commitment.
- Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
