1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Develop job descriptions and hiring plans.
- Handle job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Support departmental heads in workforce planning and staff allocation.
2. Employee Relations & Company Culture
- Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Build strong communication channels with employees.
- Plan and execute staff engagement activities and welfare programs.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and manage salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
- Administer leave, medical, insurance, and other employee benefits.
4. Performance & Training Management
- Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems (e.g., KPI).
- Organize performance reviews and development discussions.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
5. Policy Compliance & HR Administration
- Develop and update employee handbook and company HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle HR-related dealings with JTK, PERKESO, LHDN, etc.
6. HR Documentation & Systems
- Maintain complete and accurate employee records (hardcopy & digital).
- Generate HR reports (e.g., attendance, turnover, training hours).
- Manage and maintain HR systems (e.g., HRMS/HRIS).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
