Summary Of Job :
- To support the Talent Management Unit in implementing talent initiatives such as succession planning, competency mapping, talent reviews and employee development programs.
Responsibilities :
1. Succession Planning and Performance Management.
- Assist in collecting and updating talent data (e.g., assessment results, talent profiles)
- Support the preparation of talent review materials, reports and dashboards.
- Help coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
- Contribute to organizing engagement and recognition activities.
- Assist in maintaining competency and career development records.
- Support any project-based work related to talent frameworks or systems.
2. Organization Chart Development and Maintenance :
- Assist in the development, updating and maintenance of the organization charts for both Malaysia and overseas operations. This includes coordinating with departments to gather accurate structural data, ensuring alignment with current headcounts, and supporting strategic HR planning.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Business Admin.
- Strong interest in talent development, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good with MS Excel / Power Point.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
