Talent/Content Creator Manager Assistant（INTERNSHIP）
Basic Requirements:
*One Female or Male, Malaysian Chinese preferred, Kuala Lumpur preferred
*Undergraduate students need to ensure that they’re able to be on duty from Monday to Friday a week and also acceptable for occasional work on weekends
*National holiday leave or personal leave are allowed but need to ask for leave from the supervisor in advance and arrange the work at hand in advance
*The internship probation period is 6 months. If the intern performs well during the period, he/she will have the opportunity to join the company as a full-time employee after graduation
*Onboarding date is negotiable, better as soon as possible
*Salary RM1000 - RM1,500 per month

Responsibilities:
- Discover, source and sign new talents(actors, singers, and content creators) based on company requirements in Malaysia or other new regions in SEA
- Coordinating with internal team and external brand clients, daily communicate, negotiate, KOL matching and execute the sponsored campaigns between talents and brands
- Find more brand clients or marketing deals for our exclusive talents
- Support signed talents/ influencers to improve their content performance(high video views and post engagement) and popularity
- Research and identify potential KOLs and other marketing resources according to campaign brief from brands
- Manage other marketing job such as media PR, offline event management, celebrity endorsement, out of home advertising, co-branded campaigns etc
- Follow up and finish translation job, documents processing, marketing research, strategic planning assigned by managers
- Have strong interests in pop culture, entertainment industry, and gaming industry
- Detail oriented, high efficient, work under pressure, work overtime as required
Qualifications:
- Degree in Art, Marketing, Communications, International Business or similar field
- Proficient in Mandarin and English - basic level of Bahasa Malay speaking, writing and reading is really needed for talk with Malay speaking partners
- Strong communication, negotiate and sale skills - email, WhatsApp text, phone call, and in person meeting
- Proven ability to rapidly respond to any feedback from client/talent and work in a fast-paced and intense workflow
- Oversee campaign quality control, performance control and assurance of deliverables
- Already became content creator himself/herself or had experience in managing KOLs/artists or event management would be ideal
