As a Human Resources / Admin Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in both HR and administrative functions, contributing to the success of the team while developing essential skills for your future career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in updating company policies and HR procedures.
- Support office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of HR software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
