POSITION - HR EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - SETIA ALAM, SHAH ALAM
SALARY - RM 3500-4000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and execute the overall compensation and benefits function of the Company
Processing of monthly payroll to ensure it is executed and accurately in a timely manner
Payroll administration such as statutory payment, taxation and employee benefits.
Drive and execute Compensation and Benefits related projects or initiatives.
Ensure Compensation and Benefits policy are maintained and updated.
Keep abreast of market practices through benchmark and survey.
Prepare and maintain payroll documentation such as HR letters, Forms and monthly reports.
Conducts and oversee end to end recruitment process.
To do any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business Admin/ Management or relevant discipline.
At least 5 years of related working experience as a HR Executive with exposure in payroll and recruitment.
Attention to details, highly organized and proactive.
Well verse in current labour law / statutory requirements
Familiar with HR2000 system with immediate availability will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
