Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, strategies, and initiatives in line with business goals and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and all HR-related legal requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle foreign worker management including work permit applications, renewals, and related matters.
- Oversee employee training, development programs, and HRDF submissions.
- Administer monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Manage performance appraisals and recommend bonuses and salary adjustments.
- Support management and employees with feedback, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance and manage employee leave applications.
- Maintain proper HR filing systems and ensure employee records are updated in the HR system.
- Manage company insurance matters and prepare HR-related documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law and experience in foreign worker management, work pass applications/renewals preferred.
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 5-day work week, based in Nusajaya.
