Position: HR Executive
Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 4,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Petaling Jaya Selatan
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and benefits administration.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job postings and candidate screening to interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
- Identify employee training and development needs and support continuous learning initiatives.
- Coordinate and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment, including office supply management and employee welfare activities.
Operations
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and invoices.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to support daily business operations and ensure service quality.
- Track and update shipment statuses to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory regulations.
- Proactive, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Mature, self-motivated, and dependable with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic administrative tools.
