Job Responsibilities:-
Human Resource:
- Handling recruitment activities: job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage employee attendance and leave tracking systems.
- Support employee relations and help resolve HR-related queries.
- Assist in performance review and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- And other related to HR task as management assigned.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Good management and communication skills
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft or WBS Office
- Discreet with sensitive information and strong attention to detail.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
