About the Role
Join Commercial Malaysia team and play a key role in managing merchant relationships while driving the adoption of our latest omnicommerce solutions – including Dine-Out Deals, Scan to Order, Reservations, and Loyalty-as-a-Service. This role is all about building strong partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and helping merchants grow their business.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow relationships with existing merchants
- Onboard and support merchants in adopting omnicommerce products
- Identify growth opportunities using data and analytics (Excel)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver results
- Drive product adoption and ensure merchants get the most value from company's solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills a plus)
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to work under deadlines
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 per month
