Technical Skill:
1. Understanding of Malaysian employment laws, HR practices, and contract manpower regulations.
2. Experience in supporting large-scale recruitment, mobilization, and onboarding for oil & gas projects.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for project and contract-based positions.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower needs based on client contracts.
3. Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on contract specifications and client requirements.
4. Coordinate pre-employment processes, including medical check-ups, background checks and onboarding documentation
· HR Operations & Contract Management:
1. Ensure all HR processes are aligned with contract terms (salary, allowances, rotation schedules, benefits, etc.).
2. Maintain updated staff records and contract files for deployed manpower.
3. Assist in preparation of HR documentation such as employment letters, contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
4. Manage site HR matters including leave tracking, attendance, and disciplinary processes.

Pay: RM1,679.75 - RM7,681.04 per month
