Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and HR records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
- Support daily operations by handling documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Prepare and update employee records, reports, and other HR-related documents.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment is essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
