Your Adventure Ahead
- Input Merchant data and raising cases into Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on Merchant’s activities, deal and upsizes during campaign period.
- Prepare quotation, agreement & relevant documentations to Merchants.
- Maintain Merchant database and mailing lists.
- Support BD Managers in maintaining relationships with Merchants.
- Provide effective administrative support.
- Supporting the ad sales team with planning and operational tasks
- Analyzing sales data, generating customer insights, and developing reports and dashboards
Essentials to Succeed
- Bachelor Degree or fresh graduate (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus).
- Strong skills and proper use of Excel & Powerpoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicating clear solutions to complex problems.
- Driven and has strong ownership on process improvements.
- Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
