Job Responsibilities:
- Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Prepare payroll, leave records, and staff attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and company policies
- Manage office administrative tasks, documentation and maintain proper filing systems
- Interact with and coordinate with various authorities for HR-related matters and all business permits application or renewal
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Support management in day-to-day operations and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with Malaysia labour law and HR best practices
- Ability to coordinate with Governments department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision and handle confidential matters

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
