JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Create visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and web development, to ensure cohesive and consistent design across all channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Uphold and contribute to the consistency of the brand identity through thoughtful and well-executed design.
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines.
- Proficiently use graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Communicate project progress and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good working attitude, reliable, initiative and punctuality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
