Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and update records accurately
- Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents
- Support office staff with day-to-day tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Prior clerical or administrative experience is an advantage
6 Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours :8.30am to 5:00pm
