Job Description:
- Assist with answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Handle data entry and filing
- Maintain office supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Support different departments with daily administrative work.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min. SPM or equivalent.
- Min 1 year experience in business or related field.
- Computer literate with high attention to details.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good positive working attitude and responsible.
