SoYoung is a soya bean café specialising in selling and distributing desserts such as soya milk, cakes, etc.. The ideal candidate is expected to assist in growing and expanding this company through social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp. Candidate is also expected to help as service crew from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting and advertising products through existing Facebook page
- Responding to customers’ needs through Facebook and WhatsApp
- Brainstorming promotions during events to further attract customers
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Assist service crew from time to time
Qualifications
- Nationality: Malaysian
- Excellent photography skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft softwares
- Average to high proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to create hospitable customer experience
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Dedicated to work and willing to learn
- High confidence
- Punctual and task-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,520.00 per month
