Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations including correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Prepare and maintain company records, contracts, invoices, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle HR-related tasks such as leave management, onboarding support, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support management with reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
Business Development
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales pipelines, and CRM records.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Follow up with clients on enquiries, quotations, and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
