Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: KLCC / Gurney Plaza Penang
Job Descriptions:
- Ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policies.
- Will strive to discover your clients and their every need and to guide them across the Brand.
- Will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome every client and provided the best Client experience
- Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
- Engage with Clients to develop long–term relationships, leveraging different client telling tools, to foster Brand loyalty.
- Perform as a team- player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
- Respect Company Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPL/O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/a- Level/ Pre-U, any field
- At least 1 year working experience in sale of luxury goods or retail industry
- The individual has to be well-spoken, presentable, and well groomed
- Required Language(s) Good Command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese
Remuneration Package
- Basic RM 2,200.00 – RM 2,400.00/month
- Commission depends on sales
- Meal Allowances - RM 100.00 (Fixed)
- Attendance Allowances - RM 300.00
- Annual Leave 16 days upon confirmation
- Medical Insurance- AIA (PA)
- Medical claims - RM 1k/annum
- 13-month Salary (AWS)
- Dental, Optical & Body check-up - RM 1,200.00/annum
- 5 days work/week
- 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
