- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Answer and route telephone calls and emails.
- Support document preparation, such as reports, forms, and letters.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and faxing duties.
- Assist other departments with clerical tasks as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
