Full Time Front of House / Service Crew

* The cafe location is at VERVE MONT KIARA, Kuala Lumpur (No pork, No Lard)
* Start work date: 25/08/2025
* Candidates must at least possess a SPM
* Able to speak in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malay
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Support daily floor operations, including greeting guests, taking orders, and managing reservations.
- Guide and support junior FOH team members during shifts.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
- Assist with basic cashiering and POS operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen only.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
- Own transportation preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Naturally friendly, polite, and good with people
- Reliable, on time, and always ready to help
- Experience helps, but attitude is everything
- Open to feedback, learning, and growth
