JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Procurement & Subcontract Management
- Source and obtain supplier and subcontractors quotations.
- Involve in procurement and negotiation of contract with subcontractors.
- Coordinate with site team and subcontractors to ensure works are completed as per scope.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractors claims and site instructions.
Measurement & Valuation
- Conduct site measurements for progress claims, subcontractor claims, and variation orders.
- Verify site quantities and monitor material usage.
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
Others
- Prepare cash flow and monitor cost control.
- Attend site meeting.
- Managing VO and other contractual matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor.
- 3-6 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in Construction Industry.
- Preferable someone with site-based QS experience.
- Experienced in handling JKR Projects.
- Attention to detail, able to work in fast pace working environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
