The floor supervisor will be responsible for monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day levels and assisting customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for operating the management of goods under one department following Procedures of the Company.
- To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the Goods.
- To monitor and feedback timely on the sales trend and customer purchase trend to the purchasing team.
- To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to the company's standard.
- To ensure cleanliness of department area and store.
- Promotes professionalism of staff in the retail operation department.
- To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities is in good order.
- To assist in proving on-the-job training for new and existing staff when required.
- Deputies to manage store in the absence of Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Age between 35-50
- Fully Vaccinated
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
