As a Finance Analyst at Synn Trading, you will be responsible for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. You will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and investment analysis, ensuring the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and business operations to provide insights.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance with projections.
Investment & Risk Evaluation
- Assess business opportunities and financial risks to support investment decisions.
- Develop financial models to evaluate profitability and cost-effectiveness of projects.
- Monitor financial risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Budgeting & Cost Management
- Assist in budget preparation, tracking, and expense optimization.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Work with internal teams to ensure proper allocation of financial resources.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure financial activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reporting.
- Recommend improvements to financial processes and workflows.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years in financial analysis, budgeting, or investment evaluation (preferred).
- Experience in financial modeling and reporting tools is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
