Inventory management - Track & reconcile inventory movements (inbound/outbound) in accounting systems
FA management - Track & record asset purchases, transfers, disposals & depreciation; perform physical asset verification
Documentation & audits - Prepare and review inventory & FA reports for management and auditors, ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls and support internal/external audits
Continuous improvement - Propose improvements in stock control, tracking tools, and system accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related degree
- At least 2 years of experience related to inventory/fixed assets management in finance
- Detail-oriented and willingness to learn
